RA and food

Hi, has anyone with RA found relief by eliminating certain foods? I am currently on prednisone and methotrexate and was wondering if changing my diet may help me wean off these meds

Re: RA and food

Depending on what you read, its source and intent.

I do, however, suggest you look into LDN (low dose naltrexone) for RA.

Read that drinking 2 teaspoons? 2x a day of apple cider vinegar may help. I started doing it, but I'm not consistent, so I can't say it's working. Dilute it with a glass of water.

I have a recent diagnosis of RA and my rheumatologist told me to go on the Mediterranean Diet. I would like to think that it is helping. It's a healthy and beautiful way to eat, so there really is no downside to it.
