    Re: psoriatic arthritis

Hi, yes I have tingling in mainly my hands and feet, but also a burning(quite painful) in my right shoulder blade. Numbness comes and goes. I wonder about a pinched nerve but wanted to know if PA could be responsible.

    Thanks
    Abby

    abby,
Have you ever been told you could have Fybromyalgia? I read your earlier posts and you have a lot of the same symtoms.
Have a nice Sunday night and let me know what you think. I have not been to the Chirop. in two weeks, but Ive been going to phys. therapy, MORE relief. It's my SI joint, I learned some excercises to do at home. Forgive me if Im thinking of someone else, I thought you brought up SI joint dysfuction?

    Hugs!

Hi: It may be PA - if so you may try old PA medication - methotrexate. I am on it it works for me both for Psoriasis and for PA. Go to http://www.psoriasis.org/home/[/URL] very helpful site. R

    Re: psoriatic arthritis

I do not know about SI joint dysfunction. I was told a few months ago I could have fibro and I know I have many symptoms but the idea was dropped and never talked about again(not sure why). I will find out more this Friday. Thanks for your concern.

    Re: psoriatic arthritis

    Abby,
If you find out you have Si joint disfuction or fybro- let me know. Like I said Ive had Si Joint disfuction for 3 years, and just now went to a PT who knows what they are doing.

It takes 6 weeks to see change, but the excercises are the key to getter better. If you need to know what the excercises are, just let me know.

    Thinking of you,

    Sara

    Re: psoriatic arthritis

    Thanks,
I got my results back from my xray(lower back) and they were fine, my dr is going to send me for a cat scan. She also suggested a rheumy. I am tired of waiting, this morning I had a particularily hard time getting out of bed and had a horrible sleep last night. Anyway, we aren't done with the testing, so as soon as I know anything I will let you know. Thanks for you input, hope you are doing well.

    Abby
