Question on Peak Flow Meter readings

Maybe someone here can help me. My Dr. told me that the normal readings on Peak Flows are different for everyone, and that the readings go by age, weight and height. She said for me, my normal range is 350 to 370, (I am 33, 5 feet 3 inches, and weigh 107)
Then I read that your normal reading would be your average best over 2 weeks of peak flow readings. (which actually coincides with the 370 that I usually get)
Last week when I had to go in to see a different Dr. than my original, she told me that my readings should be around 450, and I've never come close to that, when I told her that my readings have never been over 400, she acted shocked. Naturally she's got me worried that I am supposed to be in the 400's.
    Any help on this?
    Thank you, Michelle

Uh, judging by your size I don't know where she gets the idea you should be blowing 450s, being as I'm 5'9" and that's MY predicted value...

There are different charts and nomograms depending on different research studies done to predict these values. The most valuable number for you is your personal best. Your condition should be judged by the percentage of your personal best.
