Men's peak flows are substantially higher than women's. Mine is 500, which is normal for me, but based on your age and height, your "predicted" value is about 625.
That's just an average. Heathy people can be up to 100 below that average, but 500 is still a little on the low side. Because you are only 125 pounds, I assume you have a small frame, which might put you toward the low end.
Still, the important thing is to find what's normal for you. Do your peak flows rise after you use your rescue inhaler? Do they drop when you aren't feeling well? How do your lungs feel on a typical day.
