    tightness in chest/burning sensation

For about 3ish years or so, everytime i run, i get tightness in my chest and there is a burning sensation in my throat. i don't know if this is normal or not? i feel like no one else really has this problem which leads me to believe this isnt normal. When I run and especially once I stop running, my chest feels really tight and its hard to breathe. Also, my throat feels tight and like its burning. Nothing really makes it feel better, I just have to wait for it to eventually disappear and this could take a few hours. I'm 17 year old female and am going to college next year so i would like to figure out what this is before I'll be away from my doctor. I do have seasonal allergies/hayfever so maybe this has something to do with it? anyone have any ideas?

I would see a plumonologist for a pulmonary function test (blowing in a tube) to determine if this is some form of asthma.
