    Autism spectrum desorder
    I'm 28 and for as long as I was born I was different in a way I had problems never really left my house had problems talking or being around people annoyed my family but asking questions over and over again cause I took me longer to understand I now just found out I fall under Austin spectrum desorder level 3 not sure what that means really I should have gotten help as a kid but my adopted mother was a person who didn't like to ask for help so it got delayed so now I'm older and I feel lost I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do from what I understood I will never be normal not sure that I ever was but I will also be a burden to always be taken care of so with that I'm not sure what to do

    Make appointment with the doctor who diagnosed you or your family doctor and ask them to explain to you what level 3 means and if there is help you can get like counselling at your age.Also ask your family for support so they be there for you. There are many programs in the community for adults with autism.See if you can join some of their programs
