    Smile need a GF/CF cake recipe

    If anybody can give me a recipe for a GF/CF cake and icing i would appreciate it. My son's birthday is coming up and he's on the diet. Thank you, kathy

    I made GF only cupcakes this weekend w/ EnerG's White Rice Flour. I used milk, but they say you can substitute soy milk. The flour is available at Whole Foods, if you have one, or from It turned out a bit grainy, very sweet tasting. I will cut done the sugar on the next batch. The Hershey's cocoa makes a good GF icing, but again, lots of milk products, which you can substitute margarine and soy milk. Good luck!
