    Neuropothy & Pain

My Beloved Cat was diagnosed with diabetes, 600 blood sugar, I did not know how horribly high this was. The vet didn't prescribe insulin for 4-5 months, my male cat had neuropothy in his back legs. The vet said that this could not be corrected and that I should have brought him in sooner.
I found a book "The Well Cat Book", written by a vet, it said to give a cat B-Complex (B-50) for neuropathy. I gave my cat a B-complex every three days and within three weeks he was running up and down our outside metal stairs (14 feet of stairs)
I continued to give him B-Complex (NOW Vitamins) until he died, he never returned to not being able to walk or run up the stairs. (8 months)
B-Complex is the best thing available for neuropothy and it is also the 'Stress Vitamin'. When the body is under great stress it is almost always low in B vitamins, that are used up under stress, B Vitamins are the energy vitamins.
I know that I take B vitamins (high I.U.) it helps with my fatigue from my Auto-immune disorders. (tumeric is also said to help with nerve pain).
