    numb feet

    when I lay down to sleep at night my feet go numb.they cramp in the night which I have to get out of bed to stand on my feet to make the cramp go away?I have a bad back which causes my nerves to be screwed up .help

    Are you sur you do not have Morton's'neuroma I have it in both feet and they bother me at night when I go to bed..icing and wearing wide toe box shoes and metatarsal pads has helped ...
