Back pain or something worse

For few weeks now I've been having back pain in my middle and lower back and sometimes the sides by ribs. It's bad when getting up I feel nothing when laying down but once I get up it's hurts. I always for years wake up like I've been holding in urine maybe that has something to do with it. It feels like gas pain in my back only but also muscular and sometimes I feel it in my sides in front near ribs. It's scaring me cause it's everyday and I'm worrying it's something deadly. I do have acid reflux could it have to do with that. I searched for symptoms and what came up was ovarian cysts which can't be I recently had a pelvic ultrasound end of August which was clear. I don't know what it could be and I'm getting worried it's not going away anyone have an idea what this could be
