Severe Back/Neck Pain + Headaches. Car accident 3 years ago.

My fiance was in a car accident three years ago which causes her an enormous amount of pain.

She went from running everyday and being employed as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, to not being able to run 10 meters without her back being in agony for the rest of the day.

She can't pick up anything over 10 pounds without her back being set off.
She can't push a grocery cart around the store.
The list of what she can do without feeling pain is very short.
    It is extremely debilitating.

She sees Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists & Occupational Therapists on a weekly basis. Some weeks she spends over $1000 in treatment.

These past few months she has been going as hard as she can to fix the issues.

To date, she has received accupuncture, *** injections (Stem Cells), Prolotherapy injections, Ozone injections, IMS (Dry Needling), Trigger Point Injections (TPI) and Suboccipital Nerve Blocks (For Headaches/ Migraines).

None of these have worked or provided her with any relief. She is still in as much pain today as she was years ago.

We are ready for this chapter of her life to be over. I am here to beg anyone for advice, ideas and solutions (alternative, natural, creative) on how to help fix her back.

The next items on our list to try are:
    - Botox Injectons
    - Stellate Ganglion Block Injections
    - Cryotherapy (Likely a bandaid - Temporary relief only)
    - Inversion Board (Hanging upside down for decompression)

Please contribute to our list. We are open to anything and won't stop until her back is 100% recovered and she is running marathons again, pain free. Thank you for your time. We really appreciate it.

Welcome to the board. It would be helpful to know what her injuries were. Did she have a MRI? Was she examined and diagnosed by a spine specialist? This could be either a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic spine specialist. The important factor is that the practice is limited to issues of the back and neck.
