Intense chest and back pain when laying down
Hello, I am a 14 year old male who has been spending a lot of time in bed recently. Every time I adjust my position or move slightly when laying down I feel intense pain on the upper-left side of both the chest and back areas. This also happens when I am standing for periods of time longer than 15 minutes. Every time I sneeze when laying down, or already experiencing pain from said areas, It feels comparable to a gunshot for 45 seconds, with lingering pain for 5 minutes.
Last night I sneezed and now I can barely move my neck to the left before my neck and chest hurt.
I'm pretty certain these two events aren't linked, however this did start up around the same time that I fell back and hit my head, causing a moderate concussion that I am still recovering from.
My mom doesn't think much of it, and online research yields results ranging from improper use of pillows to an inflamed heart.
(I didn't know where else to post this, and I understand it has less to do with back pain than the rest of the posts on this board)
