Neck injury after severe impact

Just wondering if anyone knows if these injuries will require surgery and what kind?

C3-C4: There is disc desiccation. There is mild bilateral facet arthropathy. Disc osteophyte complex is present. There is indentation of the ventral thecal sac without spinal canal stenosis. Facet arthropathy and uncovertebral joint hypertrophy
contribute to mild right neural foraminal stenosis.

C4-C5: There is disc desiccation. There is mild left and minimal right facet arthropathy. Disc osteophyte complex indents the ventral thecal sac. There is no spinal canal stenosis. There is no significant neural foraminal stenosis.

C5-C6: There is mild disc height loss and desiccation. There is mild bilateral facet arthropathy. Disc osteophyte complex is present with left paracentral disc protrusion. There is indentation of the ventral thecal sac and mild spinal canal stenosis
with AP diameter measuring 9 mm. Facet arthropathy and uncovertebral joint hypertrophy contribute to moderate bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. Disc protrusion contacts and indents the left ventral surface of the spinal cord, without associated
abnormal cord signal.

C6-C7: The disc height and signal are normal. There is minimal bilateral facet arthropathy. There is no significant disc herniation, spinal canal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing.
