What causes a popping sound if you move the wrong way in your back? It has happened in the shower bending over and just other times when I've bent over. It has happened before and passed. It has hurt a little at first. I took an alleve and hopefully it will be alright. Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks!
