mri result on cervical spine and lumbar spine

Lightbulb mri result on cervical spine and lumbar spine

cervical degenerative changes of cervical spine most prominently at c5-6 disk level there is disk space narrowing and degenerative changes of vertebral endplates with anterior as well as posterior and uncovertebral spur formationmost left side uncovertebral spur and disk protusion and narrowing of left c5-6 neural foramen.smaller uncovertebral spurring and disk protrusion also at c3-4 and c4-5levels with only mild encrochment on left c4-5 neural foramen.degenerative changes of the cervical spine most prominently at the c5-6 level with deg.narrowing of left c5-6 neural x-ray version mild degenerative disc changes are noted at c4-c5 and c5-c6 there is mild to moderate unconvertable spurring bilatrally at c5-c6-c6-c7 on the right. please clinically correlate for cervical radiculopathy. mri and x-rays done 5 months apart im not getting answers is this ok or is it bad can anything be done x-ray done first always in pain now lumbosacral spine x-rays fairly advanced facet arthropathy bilateral at L5-S1.there is spinal bifida occulta at first sacral segment. mri 5 months latermild degenerative disk dehydration at L5-S1 mild broadly bulging disk on the left poseteriorly at L5-S1 slightly deforms the left side of ventral sac small annular tear severe facet arthritic changes at L5-S1 and moderate facet degenerative changes at the L4-5 level so not getting answers from doctor started pt aggravates it bad can any one explain these findings and how my life will end up
