i have a s1 l5 grade 1 slippery please help me is surgery neccesary?

What you have may be called spondylolisthesis. It is when one vertebrae moves forward over another. Grade 1 usually doesn't require surgery unless you are in a lot of pain. Are you able to see qualified doctors to talk with them about this?
