Pain Pump: Notice a Diff. During 'Bridge Bolus' Time?

When I get a pump refill, I notice some withdrawal everytime during the bridge bolus, which is when the last of the old med that's left over that wasn't able to be fully removed is let out and before the new that has been added. The person who refills my pump said I'm getting exactly the same amount during that time, but every single time, since the very first one, I get symptoms. Does anyone else get this and know what might be different during this time?

If I get an early refill, like when we decide to change meds, and the bridge bolus time is even longer, it gets that much worse. Not full on withdrawal, but fairly bad typical effects.
