    Unhappy Back/Spinal Issues

I'm having issues with my back but I don't know I it is anything actually. I go to the chiropractor and that usually helps a little but other than that by back is consistently uncomfortable. It always feels like it is almost "leaking" like I feel like my back is full of a gas or an unwanted liquid filling in around my spine. It makes me really uncomfortable and prevents a lot of my daily activities. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?

    Welcome to the board.

I'm sorry you are having pain and I hope someone will be able to figure out what may be going on. I'm afraid I can not relate to your description -- is it a feeling of pressure around the spine?

Please describe in more detail. Where do you feel the pain? Do you have it all the time or just when doing specific activities? What makes it better or worse? What is the quality of the pain -- burning, jabbing, zapping, aching, etc. Any numbness anywhere?

It's not numb or in anyway a sharp pain, but it consistently feels uncomfortable. It's located down my whole spine mostly but also covers most of my back. The only time it goes away is if I have ice on it to numb it, but even than it's not completely gone.

I'm usually fairly good at figuring out some possibilities of what could be causing problems, but at the moment, I can't think of anything that would affect your whole back. I gather you don't have pain in your limbs?

No I don't- I have other issues with my hips but I don't think they are connected.
