Turning over in bed results in bad injury on left side
I'm unsure which Board to go on but in July 2013 and Feb 2014, when I turned over on my left side in bed my left side under my left breast and radiating around my side into my back felt like I was ripping open followed with immediate spasms and for couple minutes could not deep breathe and at first thought it was a heart attack. Both times doctor says I injured my muscles on that side just turning over in bed and sends me to physical therapy; however, I feel I never completely heal and am vulnerable to this happening again. I'm don't sleep well in bed for fear if I roll over on left side it will happen a third time and then back to pain killers and physical therapy. As a result, I always sleep on my back. I did try sleeping on right side as my back gets sore sleeping on it all night but can't sleep on right side either as that makes left side ache where the injury is, which is really strange. Why would I suffer such painful injuries just turning over in bed? Anyone out there have this happen to them?
