    Unhappy Serious Back Pain

Hello, I am 25 and it all started back in 2007 when I used to work in an office during vacations. The job was to seat and register things in the logbook, I used to work for 9-10 hours of day.(I worked there for two months) After a few days of joining i noticed small amount of lower back pain. I never went to any doctor thinking it might be because of seating for log time and used gel and spray which worked.
After that a few years passed and nothing wrong happened but since last 3 years I am having serious problems with my back. Every morning I get up with pain in my back. If I stand for like 30-40 mins my lower back hurts badly. If I seat on the floor leaning forward, it pains on both sides of the spine. If I seat on chair working on my laptop then also after 30-40 mins I start feeling pain. In the beginning it used to be just in lower back now its all over the back n spine and both sides of the neck and shoulders also.
In addition to this, one more strange thing I noticed over the years that is, if I masturbate the pain intensity increases and if I stop masturbating pain intensity gradually decreases.
In September I decided to see a specialist so I went to the doctor who is spine expert. First he asked me to take X-rays images of cervical spine and neck. After seeing that he said nothings wrong with your bones. Then he asked me to have blood and Urine tests.
Almost all the tests came Negative except B12 is extremely low.
He gave me medications and suggested some exercise. When i asked what is the cause of this he said low vitamin levels might have caused and assured that i will be fine in couple of month. For first 30-40 days i felt its working but in last few days i m not feeling good.
    I just don't know what's going on?

    Re: Serious Back Pain

It sounds like you saw a chiropractor. You need to have an mri and go from there, that will show Alot more than an x-ray. And if you're not already go see a physiatris or orthopedic, usually in the same building. Good luck.

How do you feel, it's your body. I mean if you're in a lot of pain, you will want nothing more than to say I think it's time to do an mri, if at all you will know. If he is any kind of doctors, he will agree. Also if you do get an mri have one sent to your pc , or any doc you are working with. You can also get a copy for your self, good idea I wish you so much luck.
