| Pilonidal Cyst
A few months ago I had a really bad pilonidal cyst - the worst pain I've ever had. I went to an ER and he lanced it out, but I didn't (still don't) have insurance, and that was a big check. He said it was not too bad so no need to go to a surgeon to get it out.
Now, despite my attempts to keep the sinus clean, it's coming back; some pain (not bad) and a small bump, that I suspect will continue to grow and become more painful. I cannot afford frequent trips to the ER like this, and I am mortally afraid of the pain.
I have clindamycin left over from the previous time (followed the instructions and still had some left over). I may start using that and hope it will destroy the infection. Any tips or ideas?
