How many mg of lithium do you take?

I take 1200 mg a day, 2 capsules in the am and 2 in the pm. I am curious what mg's others take and if there are many side effects out there. I sometimes have trouble writing neatly, but no other se's.

Re: How many mg of lithium do you take?

i was on 600mg but ive now gone down to 400mg as i felt it was keeping me too depressed and i was very under motivated.
The only real physical side effects ive had are dry mouth and thirst, but its been a lot better than i thought it would be all round
