My sky is blue and the birdies are singing

What a wonderful day today is!!!!!

From the depths of depression last weekend to happiness and floating this weekend- it's fantastic and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can 'feel' the music as I listen to it, can sense the fluffyness of the bright white clouds and can feel the wrmth of the sun on my skin.....

I love today, today is a good day; a very good day....

anyone else,????

Colours are electric and neon - no pastels - everything is bright, bright, bright - including me and it's fantastic!!!!!!!

From the little nutshell of a nut,

Re: My sky is blue and the birdies are singing

Hey that's great! I am feeling the same way. It's such beautiful weather here today and I've been just great for 2 days now. And last week was terrible for me too.
I am going to mow the grass and get some excersize and enjoy the sunshine.
Been laying and moping too much here lately.
Enjoy you're day!!

I feel the same way. I'm enjoying my 4th straight day of stability and it feels wonderful! The longest I've been able to go without rapid cycling is 9 days, so I'm hoping to break that record in spades.
Atypical Bipolar I Disorder with Rapid Cycling
Depakote 1500mg
Prozac 40mg
Risperdal 1mg titrating to 6mg/day
Klonopin .5mg (2x/day)
Trazodone 100mg or 200mg PRN
