    Do I need a Plan B Pill?

I accidentally took my birth control pill about 6 hours late on I wanna say, Tuesday the 17th. Everyday after that has been right around the time that I usually take it. I had unprotected sex today on Monday the 23rd. He didn't finish inside me, however, I am still concerned if I should take the plan B pill?

Another question. I've been taking my pill around 10:15-11:45 every night. Is that still effective or should I make the timing more precise?

To add on to this, I am on my first month of Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo that I started on Wed the 11th. 21 hormone pills, 7 placebo pills.

No you do not need plan b. Taking a combination pill later by 6 hours does not change effectiveness. Neither does taking it in that window of time you mentioned. You're fine and should not take plan b because all it will do is mess up your cycle and cause you to have irregular bleeding and you've done nothing to warrant taking it.

Besides which, plan b is meant for women who are NOT on the pill and have an emergency need due to a condom break or something. It was never meant to be taken by women who are already on the pill because it is an excessive dose of hormones which you are already taking and therefore the side effects are much worse.
