Now. I exercise 6 days a week for 40 - 60 minutes, and I also do the weight machines (curves type set up) three times a week. I've done this for three to four weeks, and I do not look any different or feel any better.
I'm also eating 1200 calories a day even though its a recommended 1600.
And I watch everything I eat.
I want to just go off the pill to take off those 10 pounds, and be able to lose the rest of the weight I dont want. My goal is to be around 105, and I'm 125 now.
AHH Whats wrong? Why cant I loose weight?
Does BC affect weight loss? or is it just me? |
Most professionals agree that birth control does not cause weight gain or hinder weight loss. However, many women will disagree.
Are you doing cardio? If you're not, that's what's missing. It doesn't matter how much weight training you do; you're only going to loose fat by participating in regular, lengthy cardio. Also, remember that muscle weighs more than fat. So, just because the scale isn't moving doesn't mean that you're not loosing weight.
