Question Question about diahreaha and yaz?

Hey everyone,

Tomorrow i begin my first day of taking yaz. I heard somewhere that if you have diahreah(sp),the effectivness of bc goes down and it may not work or be as effective. My issue is i constantly have loose stool everyday. its not like water, but very soft. sorry not trying to be gross! Question is what can i do to help the situation. i drink tons of cafeine which i know i will have to stop, becuase its a stimulamt. Any suggestions. as far as maybe what foods can help stop diahreha!

thanks and take care!

Re: Question about diahreaha and yaz?

I've read that coconut solids can help alleviate diarrhea.
