Re: yaz symptoms

I have been on yaz for a little over a week now.
So far my symptoms haven't been horrible. It's hard to know what's attributed to it and what is just other things. I had one night where I was wide awake and felt like I was going to puke in the first two days, but the feeling subsided within five minutes. I was a little more irritable than normal yesterday, but nothing major. The only complaint I have is that I am on day 8 of my period and it is showing any signs of stopping. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

Re: Yaz - 8 day period and counting

I am waiting to get my period, this is my first month on Yaz.....
My side effects were slim to none though.
I take a Stress B-Complex with it as well.

Re: Yaz - 8 day period and counting

How did the Yaz end up working out? How many days did your period last? Im on day 8 and wondering if I should quit taking this stuff. I have been suffering from migraines and really sore breasts. Don't think it's worth it or if I should give it a little more time.

Re: Yaz - 8 day period and counting

I really like Yaz, with the weight loss and all . I guess the only drawback is that you can get breakthrough bleeding (bleeding that is not part of your actual "period", and occurs during your active pills) Other than that, I think the lower estrogen makes it a great alternative to Yasmin and other higher-dose pills.
