best birth control for moodiness

is there a pill that's the best for moodiness and emotional problems? also, this might be dumb to ask, but is there one that doesn't effect periods as much...like it doesn't effect the flow or how much blood?

Some pills are 'marketed' to be better for your mood. This isn't always so, though. Some women will say that the pill doesn't affect their mood at all, while others are miserable on it. However, the pill does deplete many of the B vitamins, hence the mood problems that one experiences. Taking a B complex vitamin every day should help replenish what's being lost and help with your mood. I've tried this myself when I was on the pill and it worked wonders for me. As for periods, that's sort a touch and go thing. Different pills will affect all ladies differently. It's just trial and error. Good luck. :)
