| PMS symptoms during active pill week before inactive pill week
I've been experiencing some backaches and breast tenderness this week which is odd as I only experience this during my period week (which will start this sunday). The breast tenderness I was having has seemed to have subsided after about two days. I've been on birth control for about 6-7 months. My main concern is pregnancy, being as the symptoms of pms, pregnancy and simple hormonal problems are usually all the same-much anxiety has ensued. I took an at home pregnancy test this morning and got negative results but am wondering if I took the test prematurely. I use both condoms and birth control and have never missed a pill. I just need somebody to talk this out with and I appreciate your time.
Also I don't know if any of this could be stress/anxiety related
I would say another symptom I'm having is nausea but I usually get this due to anxiety as well as a lot of phlegm in the back of my throat that I am costantly swallowing
