Well, Friday I talked with a different psychiatrist at the practice I go to because my usual one had already gone home for the day. He was debating between putting me on Abilify or Lithiam, and since I had already been on Abilify and done well on it, and he had samples, he put me on 5 mgs of Abilify and told me to go ahead and start taking it that day. I forgot to take my Paxil and Anafranil on Monday. Yeah, I know that's my fault. My mom came up because my car needed a new battery and she was following me to the dealership. I thought we were going back home so I didn't take my morning meds. By early afternoon I was feeling really depressed.
