About Gluten

Gluten is a gummy, sticky protein that occurs naturally in wheat, barley, and rye, and bread dough won’t rise properly without it. Additionally, gluten is added to or used in the following foods:
  • in finished breads and rolls to provide a light chewy texture
  • as a thickener in soups, sauces, and dairy products
  • as a binder and texturizer in meat and fish substitutes
  • as a flavor enhancer in spice

And had a small glass of coke(4oz)...
