Here is a chart that shows my actual blood pressure averages from 1998 through 2009.

As my blood pressure improved my Immune System Dysfunction and my Heart Failure and my Heart Palpitations and my general health and quality of life improved significantly.

Blood Pressure is just a gauge, IMHO, that reflects the general health of the body's metabolism. If the metabolism is out of whack, because of lack of exercise and poor diet and Immune System problems, then...

Washing Machine from Hell! An example of over-sensitive, over-reactive Allergy/Asthma

Posted 12-31-2009 01:54 AM by Machaon
Updated 01-12-2010 06:43 AM by Machaon

I had to replace my 18 year-old washing machine. So, I bought a new one. The new washing washing machine effected my asthma and kept me up all night with labored breathing, a tighter than normal chest, heart rhythm problems and nasty malaise the entire next day, with symptoms including nausea, fatigue and just feeling weak and blah!

I tried all kinds of things to protect myself from the new washing machine, like closing doors, putting up tarps over my door's opening, keeping the...

Tight chest, weak heartbeat: Possible Result of SLIT-Grass treatments

Well..... here's the scoop! A while back, in November, I increased my Flovent for my Asthma from one per day to four per day, in an attempt to solve my "labored breathing" Asthma problems. It has had NO effect on improving the "labored breathing" from my Asthma.

So I reduced my Flovent from four times to three times and suffered from some nasty breathing problems for a while. Then, four days ago, I reduced Flovent from three times to two times. Yesterday, did...

At-Home Experiment with Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT)

Posted 12-30-2009 10:18 AM by Machaon
Updated 03-10-2010 10:59 PM by Administrator

OK! At 12:06pm I did a SLIT-Grass treatment.

Slight shortness of breath, slight nausea, slight off-balance, but, other than that I am quite pleased with the minimal reaction.

If I don't experience any increases in symptoms, or other problems, I plan to do a few more grass-SLIT treatments throughout the day.

I do not suggest that others try this unless under the care of a medical professional!

Wish me luck!
My more serious Asthma problems and my Chronic Sinusitis and other Sinus Miseries are long gone due to sinus flooding with Peroxide, SCIT (Subcutaneous Immunotherapy), Acupuncture and avoiding allergens and irritants, but I still get labored breathing and sick as a dog if I encounter allergens, irritants, pollutants, especially certain plastics, rubber, microfiber, cigarette smoke, dogs, cats and leather, etc.

And.... let's face it, there are many pollutants...
