High iron levels but normal ferritin

Tmont Junior Member (female) Join Date: Mar 2016 Posts: 18	High iron levels but normal ferritin Does anyone have any info on what can cause this? I tested negative for Hemochromotosis. I do not take iron supplements and do not eat a lot of red meat. I do have abdominal discomfort like something is really big under both sides of my ribs and at times when I move it hurts underneath my ribs like theyre hitting something that is sore. All my other bloodwork is normal. Thanks so much!!! Oh I have gas and bloating!!
