One parent Factor V Leiden and menstrual issues

I'm a 47 yo who started taking Plavix in May along with a baby aspirin every day, after having a stroke last Dec., prescribed by my neurologist. I was dignosed with One parent gene of Factor V Leiden. In the last month, I have started spotting along with clumps (sorry for the TMI). I'm going on day 20 with this. I thought it was just my cycle, but this is not normal for me. I also get cramps. I just had Laparoscopic surgery last August for a cyst and endometriosis. I know it doesn't help that I'm of age to start with menopause. 😔

Anyone else have issues with this? Since it's my neurologist who prescribed it, do I contact my gyno, neurologist or my primary physician?
