    Blood results terminology

Hi My first question and post. My last blood results states the following.

    Platelet Morphology:

Slight Anisocytosis. Slight Poikilocytosis. Slight Teardrop cells. Slight Schistocytes. Slight Ovalocytes.

My test was performed by a hand smear. My Platelets are 71. WBC 2.4. Other problems with highs and lows but closer to the correct ref. range. My question is the use of SLIGHT and on so many cells. They must be abnormal. I cannot find the use of slight with describing abnormal cells anywhere. Hope to hear from some of you. Thank you.
