Hi I just found this site. I started having Dvt's 25 yrs ago, have had I'm not sure how many and 2 PE.s About 5 years ago Coumadin stopped keeping my INR stable plus I didnt feel right, caugh everything that was around. Kaiser did repeated blood tests and nothing,. My Mom's Brother was the Head Neurologist at Mayo in Rochester for over 30 years and was semi-retired.
So I went to Mayo for a week, and in a day they found l now had APS.

Antiphospholipid Syndrome. I got it from A drug I recived after having Major Brain Surgery. APS makes you clot easier! Just what I needed. So I have been on Lovenox since then and until something better comes out. I find I can handle it easier, even had a surgery and no clots this time! I Ride my bike long distances and run alot. My left leg circulation isnt great but its alot better than it would be.
