High Hemoglobin - does this mean anything?

I have recently had some lab tests done because of several symptoms including fatigue, night sweats, swollen glands, chills and muscle aches. Everything has been normal except my hemoglobin was slightly high (16.2 with a normal range of 12.0 - 16.0). They have checked it twice now and both times it was pretty much the same.

The last round of bloodwork included CBC, TSH, LDH and comprehensive metabolic panel. Some of the results haven't come back yet, but the majority have and are normal except for the hemoglobin.

If this is the only test that is abnormal, does it mean anything, especially because it is just slightly high? I'd appreciate anyone's insight.
