Can reverse cervical spine be treated or fixed?

I had numbness, tingling and pain on my right hand and arm. So my neurologist ordered an mri on cervical spine. And the results shows that I have conspicuous reverse cervical spine that the doctor does not think caused by positioning only. About six months ago, I was on an airplane and dozed off too hard. I think I had whiplash injury at that time since my pain and all the symptoms started at that time. Whatsoever, I just want to know if this reverse cervical spind can be treated and go back to its original shape. Is there anybody here who had injury or reverse cervical was able to get their original cervical shape through physical therapy or exercise??
