Weight lifting 6 months after radial head fractures?

I had radial head fractures in both my elbows in the same injury. I'm getting back into weight lifting after 6 months. I've been lifting hard for about a month but yesterday i did bench press and ever since my elbow is killing me in pain. should i take more caution in lifting? or wait longer to start lifting again or what?
