Takes me up to 15 minutes to wipe my poo.

This has been going on for the atleast 2 years. Every time i have a poo it takes me absolutely ages to wipe. Because of this my rectum is fairly ruined, stings and occasionally bleeds. I managed to make it heel up a little by rubbing sudocrem on it so now it doesnt bleed. However, it still hurts and still take ages to wipe.

Welcome to the forum. What products have you tried? Have you seen a doctor about the issue?

You really should see a doctor. Have you tried a bidet or hemorrhoid cream? You could also try to add more fiber and water to your diet. I hope that helps.

Try cleaning yourself off with a shower hose and then gently blot dry with soft towel.

How about filling a water pitcher up with luke warm water? Keep the pitcher in your bathroom for that purpose. Or you can use a water pitcher that has a spout for a garden that way you could have control of the water flow. Get some 20% zinc oxide cream from CVS.

You could also purchase a portable travel bidet bottle. Avoid toilet paper!

Have you seen a doctor? There are presciption creams that could help those hemmorhoids.
