O my gosh when I had this surgery 3 weeks ago I thought I would never get off the bed. It was terrible. The pain of having a bowel movement was excruciating. Be very careful of what you eat. I take a stool softer. It helps big time. My bumps on my but are almost completely gone. Make sure to sit in the tub after every bowel movement it helps big time. No soap or anything and make sure to keep it dry. If u get a rash use desitin. It helped me. I am on a pretty strict diet. I have been eating jello, wheat toast with a little butter, peach yogurt, salad, chicken noodle soup, raison cereal. And I had chicken nuggets for the first time today. The worst for me is over. Thank you Jesus. And go back to work tue. But don't eat anything like cheese or beef until you are healed completely. When I had the surgery 3 weeks ago I could not sleep for a week even on the highest pain meds. Be careful it will be over soon.
