    Question Hemmie Help

    Hello everyone!!

I had an external thrombosed hemorrhoid removed surgical 25 days ago...during a colonoscopy. The first 2 weeks were horrific. Terrible pain that got so much worse for several hours after each bowel movement. Lots of sphincter spasms. Thankfully, I was able to have a bowel movement the next morning and every day since then except 1 day. Finally about half way through my third week, I began to feel somewhat normal....until today. OMG, today is horrific. I've been being extremely careful to drink plenty of water, eat my 25 grams a day and I've switched to wet wipes instead of toilet paper, yet today, I'm having terrible pain. I've had 3 bowel movements today. The first was a bit harder to pass normal but it didn't take any straining. The second 2 have been very vet soft to the point it turns to nothing the moment I flush the toilet.

So my question is, why is this happening? It feels just like it did before I had the thrombosed hemorrhoid removed. I've felt down there, I do not have another thrombosed hemorrhoid, however, there is a lot of swelling and what feels like loose skin around my anus that wasn't there last night.

    Advice? Anyone?
