    No idea.

Anyone else get shoulder/neck pain? Waiting for an endoscopy. I get left shoulder/neck discomfort every day as well as lower left pelvic pain when I walk. Nausea, throat clearing, gas, cramps on left and sometimes right across like period pains.

Are you having both upper and lower endoscopy? I would push for both.
Have you had blood testing for h. Pylori and gluten?

I've had all you're experiencing....have many issues with my neck, shoulders and back as well as UC. But some food intake can definitely cause cramps.
Ovarian or endometriosis or bladder could also cause lower pelvic discomfort.
