    Smile Constipation /bowel issues

new here hope you can help

    56 yr old female

    Thyroid removed 4 yrs ago

    gallbladder removed 1 year ago

Tape for bladder prolapse fitted 8 years ago

Mild hiatus hernia and mild diverticulitis picked up on CT scan last year
Due to thyroid not being treated properly I gained 3 stone last year . Now after 3 months tracking all food and walking minimum of 15k steps a day and/or cardio workouts and 3 litres of plain water min I have lost 36 pounds.

I track and weigh all food

I eat min 29 g fibre a day through healthy sources plus probiotic yoghurt and tons of fresh fruit n veg

My issue is constipation and I am increasingly having to rely on laxatives

I take inulin powder , cider vinegar , magnesium citrate and psyllium husk.
    not noticed much difference

When I cant have a bowel movement after 2-3 days I use laxative as it is very uncomfortable and makes me feel nausea. It also pressed on my bladder so peeing all time. Stools are very large and often hard despite my huge fluid intake

    Desperate to find a cure

    please help
