VERY orange stool!

I was wondering if anyone knows what a VERY orange stool could be from. I feel perfectly fine but my last two BMs have been orange and afterwards it even looks like there are a few droplets of an "orange oil" in the toilet. Is this a problem? I haven't had anything unusual to eat in the last few days besides Flounder on Friday evening for dinner. Thanks for your help!

Re: VERY orange stool!

Sorry I can't help you but I would like to know what the "orange oil" is myself, as that happened to me for the first time this very morning. I haven't been eating anything weird either. I can't recall what colour the stool was though

Re: VERY orange stool!

I ate some of those "WOW" cheddar and sour cream chips that I think have Olestra in them. I'm thinking that could be the culprit but definitely not sure??? It's something about malabsorption of fat. Anyone know??

I came to this post purley by chance, but I think I know what the oil is!!! I heard that those new Frito-Lay chips, the ones that are baked, make some sort of oil drip out of your...yeah. I never knew if this was true or not so I just never ate them (I'm more of a cookie person But if you've all eaten these that I would guess that would be your common thread, and the chips would be the culprit.
