    Post Anyone have a list of binding VS. non-binding foods?

    I would like to see a decent list of foods that bind (i.e. cause constipation) so that I can avoid them. If anyone has such a list, please post....not a general list but a specific one is really what I am after.

    actually a lot of foods (including bran) can cause u havoc if u don't consume enough fluids during the day..

    chese eggs mataz bananas rice meats , foods that help you go are bran apples fruits, prune juice tomatoes drinking alot of water, metamucil, milk of magnesia, olive oil, blueberries strawberies, prunes, whole wheat bread, cream of wheat cereal, grapefruit stay away from all kinds of nuts esp peanuts walnuts almonds etc.....keep with bulk foods that have fiber popcorn is good etc. apple juice

    also eat broccili califlower chick peas beans beets, asparagus, lettus,carrots cabage cole slaw sauerkrat etc. are roufage not to much in the way of sweets and junk foods including mcdonalds junk. stay away from that junk foods...
