    Green/Yellow Soft Stool... Why?

I recently repledged my vow of vegetarianism. This vow comprises only five months of about four years of my life as a vegetarian and I had previously seen no health problems. I ate an almost entirely organic diet where I received the bulk of my protein from soy products and took a multivitamin daily. I ended up returning to a meat-eating diet because I was still a minor living at home with my parents. I'm now 18 and living on-campus at San Francisco State University. I eat almost exclusively in the dining center and have noticed my urine has been much darker and my stool has not only become considerably softer, but has taken on a green/yellow pale color as well. I have never experienced this before! My friend Noah has commented that his stool is softer as well, but has not noted a change in color. I am also much more regular than I used to be. I find myself in need of restroom facilities within thirty minutes of dining after nearly every meal (typically once, twice, or three times daily). I am still taking a multivitamin almost daily (I sometimes forget) and drink a glass of grape juice (from the dining center), drink anywhere from 20 to 32oz of tea, and consume a plentiful amount of cooked and uncooked vegetables daily. I am also consuming a fair amount of carbohydrates, though not nearly as much as I used to.
Any tips? I'll be living at home for six weeks very shortly (HOORAY for winter break) and hope (in continued vegetarianism) I may return to normalcy there...
Has anyone else ever experienced something similar to this? What course of action should I take? The dining center has soy milk and some uncooked tofu for salads, should i be including these in my daily nutrition? I try my best to include them at least bi-weekly, and do not have cravings for protein, but could this be a sign that i am lacking protein in my diet? Also, living on campus has led me to a lifestyle lacking much exercise I am accustomed to. Could this be part of the problem?

Forgot to add this, if it helps...
I'm male, age 18. Height 5'10" and Weight approximately 140-145lbs. My blood pressure if very well within what can be considered exceptional.
