I was recently diagnosed with "extensive divitulosis/divitulitis". Help! I have had lower abd pain for a couple years, on/off. I had the colonoscopy last week with this result. I have also struggled with constipation for a long time- obviously creating my present problem. I am trying to add fiber to my diet, but find this very irritating. Any suggestions?

Re: Divitulosis

Irritating how? Any additional fiber will take some getting used to on the part of your body. I find Benefiber is a great fiber supplement. It has no taste, is not gritty, and can easily be mixed into things. I personally like mixing it with yougurt. Good Luck.

Re: Divitulosis

It feels like it is irritating the bowels. But, maybe that is just the getting used to part.
