Gas and too much of it.

I have just recently started back my excercise and healthy diet plan (hopefully to stay on it for good this time). I am pretty young abd most of my lifting is for muscle and strength training and some cardio. My problem is this i have started back only eating very healthy foods. I try to take in a good fiber and carb count before i go lift so that i have some energy to lift. Then i try to eat protien afterwards to rebuild torn down muscles. Well no that i have increased my input of fiber and wheat i get a lot of gas. I work in a factory on production floor were i cant be running to bath room all the time, but if i stand around trying to hold it(even if it is just gas) it starts to be painful. how can i reduce this gas so that i dont have to go all the time.

I have a lot of gas problems along with stomach noises. Even though I have not found a cure, Phazyme helps me the most of all medications. I also take a daily vitamin. Hope this helps.
