Exclamation Bouillon Cube question on day of colonoscopy prep!!!

I called my doctors office and asked if it was ok to use a buillon cube, and she said it was, it just has to be clear, but I mean, how clear is clear? lol I mean I can see through it I guess, unless it's tilted and then it looks thick. I already had it, just one cup, do you think I will be okay for the test. I came across something online saying not to use those!

I would hate to do this over again...I don't start the pills until 5pm tonight, so wont I get it out of my system??

Re: Bouillon Cube question on day of colonoscopy prep!!!

The instructions from my doctor said I could have the following: chicken, beef or vegetable bouillon or broth; clear soft drinks such as ginger ale, sprite, 7-up, gatorade or kool-aid (not red colored); clear juice such as apple or white grape; jello; popsicles; and tea or coffee without milk or cream.

I drank a lot of gatorade and chicken broth, but I think you're totally fine using bouillon instead of broth. Good luck!
